Community Nurses
A team of district nurses is attached to the practice (but are not employed by the practice) and look after patients confined to their homes, or after discharge from hospital. Contact with the District Nurses is via the GP or Practice Nurse.
Health Visitors
A team of health visitors is attached to the practice but are not employed by the practice. They are qualified nurses with special training and experience in child health, health promotion and health education. Health Visitors may be contacted on 01895 823956
Midwives
Visiting midwives attend once a week to provide antenatal care to pregnant women. Alternatively, they may be contacted via the Hillingdon Hospital switchboard on 01895 238282.
